- Customised orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days from the time of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination. On average, it takes between 3 to 7 working days for orders to reach customers across India after dispatch.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on factors such as location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 1000. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will be applicable.
- Express shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout for an additional fee.

- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
5. Unsuccessful Deliveries
- In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or any other reason, our courier partners will make additional delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us after failed attempts, we will reach out to you for further instructions.

- We deliver across India, including major cities, towns, and rural areas. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during checkout.
